Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a liaison, you will be responsible for onboarding candidates and ensuring their successful integration into our program.

In this role, you will serve as a candidate mentor, understanding the expectations of each participant and providing guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating effectively with candidates via phone, email, and chat to keep them informed about program developments
  • Analyzing performance metrics and proposing interventions to improve lagging areas
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of candidate interactions and growth
  • Providing regular feedback and motivation to support struggling candidates
  • Coordinating preparation for placement activities to maximize opportunities
  • Serving as an intermediary between the program team and candidates to facilitate open communication and iterative improvement
  • Contributing to the development of the program calendar, including deadlines and events, in collaboration with the program team

To succeed in this role, you should be able to manage multiple learners, identify their strengths, and provide tailored support. Required skills include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High customer-centricity, with the ability to empathize with students' needs and expectations
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong internal communication skills to drive student success
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is mandatory
