We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and end-users in need of technical assistance.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective technical support, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. You will be working closely with the help desk team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch technical support to customers and end-users via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related incidents and service requests.
- Manage customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or management as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on IT systems and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Document and update knowledge base articles to share best practices and lessons learned with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities – to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems is highly desirable but not mandatory.
