Leadership Role Summary:

We seek a strategic leader to drive corporate relations, placements, and industry presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop placement strategies that align with the institute's vision and market trends. Ensure alignment of institutional goals with business objectives.
  • CORPORATE RELATIONS & PLACEMENT OPERATIONS: Foster strong relationships with top companies for placements, internships, and live projects. Organize industry conclaves, guest lectures, and other corporate interactions to enhance engagement.
  • STUDENT READINESS & ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT: Collaborate with faculty and training partners to prepare students for industry expectations. Leverage the alumni network for placement support, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
  • ANALYTICS & REPORTING: Track placement metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, business development, or HR, ideally within a reputed academic institution or corporate setting.
  • Strong network across various industries (FMCG, BFSI, IT/ITES, Consulting, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a result-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
