Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate organizational effectiveness by leveraging AI/ML capabilities, working closely with senior leaders to understand business processes and propose strategic use of AI/ML to drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with functional heads to develop and execute solutions that leverage AI & Analytics to address business challenges and drive growth.
  • Translate business problems into analytical challenges and build solutions using AI/ML techniques to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end.
  • Develop a comprehensive approach to scale AI/ML initiatives through various AI/ML solutions.
  • Enable informed decision-making and co-create data-driven business strategies through storytelling with data and presenting insights to top business leaders.
  • Build and maintain external relationships with cross-industry and academia forums for outside-in perspectives, seeking new and innovative approaches and sharing learnings.
  • Drive AI and Analytics projects from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing team of business-focused problem solvers, fostering a culture of solution delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation.
Requirements:
  • MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, etc., from reputable institutions.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in analytical roles, preferably post-graduation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence conventional thinking.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including multi-tasking, prioritization, and governance.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI through developed solutions.
