Lead Innovation

MII Foundation is seeking a visionary leader to drive the incubation program forward. As Chief Executive Officer, you will define and implement the strategic roadmap of the incubation center aligned with not-for-profit objectives.

The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with government policies, startup ecosystem goals, and institutional/academic objectives. You will develop sector-specific focus areas such as tech, healthcare, agritech, or social enterprises.

  • Design and execute incubation, acceleration, and pre-incubation programs.
  • Build a pipeline of high-potential startups and entrepreneurs.
  • Provide mentoring, capacity-building workshops, and networking opportunities.
  • Establish measurable KPIs for startups (funding raised, jobs created, market traction).
  • Mobilize resources through partnerships, grants, international agencies, and institutional support.
  • Develop revenue streams while adhering to Section 8 restrictions.
  • Ensure cost-effective operations and financial sustainability.
  • Forge collaborations with corporates, investors, academic institutions, and government bodies.
  • Establish Memoranda of Understanding with ecosystem enablers (accelerators, incubators, R&D labs).
  • Build international linkages for global exposure of incubated startups.
  • Ensure statutory compliance under applicable laws.
  • Regular reporting to the Board of Directors/Advisory Council.
  • Maintain transparency, accountability, and governance best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA
  • 10+ years' experience in business-related field
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
