Main Objectives
  • Lead the design and development of AI-driven products for the renewable energy sector.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of AI Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure the compliance and performance of AI systems, meeting the highest industry standards.
  • Drive digital transformation through AI-powered innovation, aligning with the company's mission to achieve carbon neutrality.

This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of AI product development, from conception to delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate emerging technologies and deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the energy domain, with a proven track record of implementing AI solutions.
  • Expertise in AI, Gen AI, ML, and analytics, with proficiency in Generative AI technologies and frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage technical teams and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
Work Environment

This role is office-based, with occasional site travel required. Sedentary work with light physical activity during visits.
