Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineering Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect specializing in Generative AI to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven architectures across complex enterprise systems, leveraging deep coding expertise and a strong architectural mindset.

  • This role combines technical skills in Python, .NET Core, Angular, and Azure with business acumen to modernize platforms, drive efficiency, and deliver intelligent automation through AI/ML solutions.
Main Responsibilities:Design and Development
  • Create and iterate on GenAI models for real-world use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, document summarization, intelligent workflows).
  • Develop scalable .NET Core Web APIs, Angular/React frontends, and Azure-native applications (Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL) that integrate seamlessly.
  • Implement AI accelerators including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated solutions that enhance business processes.
Architecture & Delivery
  • Define and evolve the Gen AI roadmap for SDLC integration, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Architect event-driven, cloud-native systems using Azure tools and messaging services like Kafka/Event Grid, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Implement robust CI/CD, security, and code quality practices (e.g., SonarQube, guiderails, IaC with Bicep/ARM) to ensure high-quality delivery.
Team Collaboration
  • Work alongside fellow architects to translate technical strategy into actionable plans that support enterprise goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions that drive growth.
