About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Technical Lead – GEN AI. This position offers an exciting chance to leverage cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the design, development, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications. You will work closely with our team to build and deploy AI solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks. Additionally, you should have experience with Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. Familiarity with Azure AI services, including Cognitive Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI, is also highly desirable.

A successful candidate will have hands-on experience with frameworks such as LlamaIndex and LangChain. You should also have a strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions, including embedding techniques and chunking strategies. Experience with advanced fine-tuning methods, such as LoRA and QLoRA, is also essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies to optimize open-source models for specific tasks. Additionally, you should have experience with agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.

Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions is also beneficial. As a technical leader, you will collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.

You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development. A master's degree in computer science or a related field is required, and total experience of 13-15 years, with at least 5+ years of Gen AI experience is preferred.
