Transformative Data Cloud Leader WantedJob Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Data Cloud Lead to spearhead our company's data-first initiatives. This role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, along with proven leadership skills to guide technical teams and design scalable architectures.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, as well as experience with data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification, as well as proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and data harmonization techniques.

As a Data Cloud Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities to unlock customer insights and enable AI-driven personalization.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
  • Define data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, harmonization, and activation of unified customer profiles.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
  • Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.
  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and data harmonization techniques.
