Job Title: Senior Data Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our data architecture strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, data science, and cloud computing, with experience in designing and implementing large-scale data systems.

This is a key role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data architectures that meet business requirements and align with industry standards.
  • Leverage expertise in data integration, processing, and storage to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflows to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Document data processes, architectures, and data flow diagrams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data engineering and architecture.
  • Expertise in data integration, processing, and storage.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools like Apache Spark, Kafka & Airflow.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala).
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of data management, processing, architecture, and design.
  • Sound knowledge of data integration tools like Apache Spark, Kafka & Airflow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.
