AI Specialist Position

This role involves working with an international team to develop and implement AI solutions for real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in custom model development, training, and end-to-end pipeline creation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create custom machine learning models for business-specific problems using NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.
  • Build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices.
  • Optimize models with advanced techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and GPU optimization.
  • Contribute to research initiatives and adopt the latest innovations in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines using Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, and Prefect.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms like AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
