At the forefront of data-driven innovation, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our AI/ML and Predictive Analytics Expertise. As an accomplished professional with expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML, you'll be instrumental in establishing and leading a capability center in India, collaborating closely with onsite stakeholders to transition Advanced Analytics projects from the US to India.

Job Description:

This pivotal role involves executing advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
  • Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.
  • Brand performance analytics and reporting.
  • Marketing analytics (preferred).
  • Therapeutic Expertise: Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required).
  • Data Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary.
  • Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (xPonent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, Patient-Level data) or Symphony data.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred).
