Key Roles of an AI Model Developer

We are seeking a seasoned developer with extensive experience in building and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in creating, optimizing, and fine-tuning machine learning (ML) pipelines, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), and contributing to scalable AI solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models for real-world applications. This includes working on LLMs, Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing AI/ML models for practical implementation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and product managers.
  • Optimizing ML pipelines for performance and scalability.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience working with LLMs and fine-tuning large models.
  • Strong knowledge of ML pipelines, data preprocessing, and deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Good understanding of software development practices, Git, CI/CD.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in MLOps and model monitoring.
  • Exposure to vector databases and AI-driven search systems.
