Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer (Fullstack AI) to design and deliver scalable AI-powered applications. This role combines Fullstack development (Python + React) with Generative AI, LLMs, and ML expertise. You will lead system design, development, and deployment of secure and high-performing AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered applications (backend, frontend, and AI integration).
  • Build and integrate LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents.
  • Develop APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
  • Create modern, interactive UIs with React.js / Next.js.
  • Work with relational & NoSQL databases, vector databases, and async processing.
  • Deploy solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure with Docker/Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply ML techniques for structured data (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection).
  • Mentor team members, review code, and ensure best practices.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years in Fullstack Development + AI/ML.
  • Strong in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React.js/Next.js.
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering).
  • Solid foundation in traditional ML (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Cloud, CI/CD, and containerization experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of AI safety, explainability (LIME, SHAP).
  • Experience with multimodal AI or edge AI.
  • Prior leadership of AI/ML projects and mentoring teams.
