We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our AI development team and contribute to the creation of an AI-native software that enhances creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building AI-enabled products that leverage the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models. This includes evaluating and assimilating emerging techniques into our production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performance search and retrieval components, including data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Build evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, with a focus on polyglot approaches and open-source models.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, preferably in Python, using technologies like LlamaIndex, LangChain, Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
