Expert AI Developer

This role is responsible for designing, developing and deploying advanced artificial intelligence solutions to automate business processes and enhance self-service applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Solution Development
    • Design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions using machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
    • Develop and deploy AI-powered automation tools to integrate with existing systems and workflows.
    • Implement predictive models and reinforcement learning algorithms to enhance the performance and accuracy of self-service applications.
  • Research and Innovation
    • Conduct research on the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies to stay updated with industry trends.
    • Experiment with new AI techniques and methodologies to improve the capabilities of conversational bots.
    • Explore innovative ways to leverage AI and ML for automating complex tasks and improving decision-making processes.
  • Automation Implementation
    • Identify opportunities for automating business processes using AI and ML techniques.
    • Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention.
    • Collaborate with process experts to understand process requirements and design appropriate AI solutions.
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a relevant field from a recognized University.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on machine learning and NLP.
    • Proficiency in Python, Java or other relevant programming languages.
    • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and other AI/ML frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
    • Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms like GCP and Azure.
    • Knowledge of ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Detection, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling), Natural Language Generation.
    • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering and data visualization.
    • Exposure to frameworks from LangChain.
    • Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes or similar technologies.
    • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
    • Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
    • Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
    • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
    • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
    • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
    • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
    • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
