Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our master data management initiatives.

  • About the Role:
  • Design and implement process guidelines, business matrices, and service level agreement timelines.
  • Develop in-depth expertise in assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and report key performance metrics.
  • Oversee logistics, warehouse, and distribution functions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and supply chain management policies.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with approved production plans.
  • Monitor and analyze daily material requirements planning (MRP) for all bill of material components.
  • Manage purchased item complaints and returns with suppliers.
  • Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios within 24 hours.
  • Distribute marketing samples as required.
  • Provide expert system support for returns, rebates, and credit/debit notes.
  • Define priorities for physical deliveries in collaboration with other departments.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for partner concern issues for assigned customers.
  • Facilitate issue resolution by connecting relevant partners.
  • Maintain load-balanced dispatch lists for incoming materials to warehouses and quality departments.
