Job Title: Data Governance Specialist

In this critical role, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of master data creation and maintenance in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This involves driving process improvements for purchasing materials to guarantee availability and feasibility of execution plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish complex local and global master data configurations, develop process guidelines, business matrices, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines within a GxP environment, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in assigned areas, supporting data collection and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, Warehouse and Distribution (WandD), and product distribution.
  • Ensure all logistic processes are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in full compliance with laws and supply chain management policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong inventory management skills, experience with gap analysis, cost efficiency, and supply chain optimization, as well as knowledge of standard master data KPIs like completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
