We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Master Data Management. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA and solving queries related to Product Master within the customer, vendor, or product domains.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and possess good knowledge of SAP ERP or relevant experience. Additionally, they should be able to define, solve problems, collect data, establish facts, and work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine operations while maintaining SLA and resolving queries related to Product Master within the customer, vendor, or product domains.
- Maintain, analyze, and execute requests with utmost quality, paying close attention to details, with good experience in SAP MDM - customer, vendor, or product master.
- Follow defined standard operating processes and procedures for all deliverables, take ownership of performance against all assigned Master data processes and key categories, accountable for the quality and accuracy.
- Plan and prioritize workload to ensure timely delivery of assignments, planning, and ensure accurate update of all master data records.
- Responsible for delivering all tasks on-time, every time, ensuring that the schedule is reviewed as circumstances change, timeliness, and document feedbacks and learning from various sources to improve master data procedures.
- Be responsible for maintaining SLA of each period and delivery performance, maintain reports cleared on time, and keep product master data in SAP as per business input and SOP.
- Highlight SOP deviations or issues, raise incident tickets to the relevant helpdesks when necessary, participate in idea generation and improvement activities, comprehend incoming and outgoing data flows for SAP master data.
- Update departmental procedures, tools, and metrics for the master data team, ensure Data Quality KPIs are met, adhere to company's master data business rules, policies, and procedures, and support special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications: Any Graduate, Bachelor's degree, Great at communication, collaboration, verbal and written, understanding of SAP ERP or relevant experience.
- Preferred qualifications: Good customer handling skills, advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ability to define, solve problems, collect data, establish facts, high energy level, work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues.
