Regional Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Manager to join our team at Tata AIA Life Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in your assigned cluster.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure optimal market coverage and sales performance.
- Plan and allocate resources to ensure financial viability of the cluster.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that sales behavior, sales ethics, and sales practices comply with company standards and regulations.
- Closely work with the supervisor to design sales strategies and initiatives that will improve sales performance across the business.

External: Channel Partner
Key Result Areas- Achieve ANP targets through assigned branches.
- Work collectively with the branch manager on business strategies and implementation plans.
- Visit allocated branches regularly to supervise processes and operations.
- Interact regularly with Relationship Managers to achieve required sales targets.
- Train Relationship Managers in presentation and selling skills.
- Joint sales calls with sales team on calls with high-ticket clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and rapport with bank managers to ensure business growth.
