Business Development Manager

As a key member of the Bosch team, you will be responsible for driving sales and collection targets in assigned territories through distributors.


Appoint and develop primary and secondary channel partners to effectively distribute aftermarket products in retail and workshop settings.


Develop a robust distribution network for aftermarket products, ensuring seamless availability in retail and workshop channels.


Implement sales promotion programs to boost sales in the assigned area, fostering strong relationships with customers.


Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, leveraging this insight to drive sales growth.


Requirements



  • 2-5 years of experience in channel sales within the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to travel extensively.

Additional Information


Candidates will be based in Ludhiana and will be responsible for driving business growth in the region.
