Job Title:

Lead Creative Visionary


Key Responsibilities:

This role involves leading projects from inception to completion, crafting compelling visual narratives, and mentoring a team of designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand identity, business goals, and audience insights.


  • Dive into new briefs with a clear grasp of brand strategy and creative direction
  • Interpret and challenge briefs creatively, adding value through strategic input
  • Maintain a consistent understanding of each brand's visual and communication identity across projects

Trend Forecasting & Digital Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and cultural movements to inspire breakthrough work
  • Explore new content formats and integrate them into concepts when relevant
  • Identify platform-specific innovations to push the boundaries of brand engagement

Team Leadership & Creative Direction

  • Provide clear art direction and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers
  • Mentor and grow creative talent, helping shape their skills and design sensibilities
  • Maintain a positive team culture while pushing for creative excellence

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 6+ years of creative/design experience with a strong body of work
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory/art director role
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Excellent storytelling, typography, layout, and branding skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or interactive media
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools
  • Prior agency or multi-brand experience
