Key Responsibilities

  • Solve order-level escalations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support team members during emergencies and exigencies
Requirements
  • Prior experience in process design and operations implementation (2-3 years)
  • Experience in managing blue-collar workers
  • Able to travel within the city using personal transport
  • Available to work on weekends
  • Knowledge of supervisory techniques and local geographical area knowledge
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and ability to critically think through problems
