About the Role:

The Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for supervising daily inbound and outbound operations at the PUD/Distribution Center. The role involves analyzing load patterns, planning pick-up and delivery routes, and monitoring daily loads to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily inbound and outbound operations at the PUD/Distribution Center.
  • Analyze load patterns to plan pick-up and delivery routes.
  • Monitor daily loads to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Ensure safe handling of shipments and report any damaged cases to the origin/hub.
  • Oversee vehicle placement at bays and monitor the carting/loading, tally processes.
  • Manage staff to ensure adherence to operational workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • Handle exception cases and ensure follow-up for closure/resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:
