Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations. This key role requires a strong leader who can coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient warehouse management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in export, logistics, and warehouse operations, with a solid understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient warehouse management.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics and warehouse costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and warehouse safety standards.
  • Implement and improve warehouse management processes, including storage, inventory control, and material handling.
  • Track inventory levels, manage stock movement, and prevent shortages or excess.
  • Handle logistics and warehouse documentation, including invoices, shipping labels, and customs clearance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and warehouse vendors.
  • Analyze logistics and warehouse data, generating reports for process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
