We are seeking a seasoned Logistics professional to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement logistics strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and transportation.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and monitor logistics performance using KPIs.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and shipping teams to forecast demand and manage supply.

Requirements & Expectations

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in logistics management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, transportation, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and logistics software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
