Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Transportation team as a Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and maintain transportation processes from fulfillment centers to customers, leveraging our Sort Center network.
  • Responsible for building, training and managing a highly motivated workforce for SC teams, with support from HR and training team, to meet operational requirements and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Finance, CS, FC and Projects teams on matters related to SC operations.
  • Continuously improve SC processes and attain sustained performance standards, implementing improvements to enhance quality, reduce waste and eliminate unnecessary work.
  • Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English language skills (read, write, speak).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Operational experience in logistics or supply chain management.
