Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Supply Management:
  • Manage existing processes and set up new ones using Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Forecast monthly supply onboardings based on historical data and seasonal trends.
  • Assign leads efficiently to ensure quick onboarding and follow-up with potential partners.
  • Convert incoming leads from different channels into actionable opportunities.
Platform Experience:
  • Conduct regular surveys and VOPs to identify user and partner pain points.
  • Streamline solutions for common issues raised by new partners.
  • Develop communication plans and execute them using various channels.
Team Management:
  • Manage a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and improve team efficiency and output.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management support to team leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve partner pain points.
