Logistics Lead Role Summary

As a logistics lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of logistics solutions and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This role involves hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MA WM) to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and implementation of logistics solutions that meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues in real-time
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams to enhance warehouse efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies through proactive measures
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to optimize logistics operations
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of MA WM active hands-on experience
  • Overall, 8-10 years of support experience in Manhattan 2014/2018/2020 versions
  • Basic SQL understanding to write queries to filter data provided

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manhattan ProActive experience for enhanced productivity
  • Knowledge of templating languages Velocity and FreeMarker for streamlined workflows
  • Python knowledge for efficient scripting
  • Manhattan SCI knowledge for optimized inventory management
