We are seeking a talented Bioprocess Application Specialist to join our team in Pune, India. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad, providing technical solutions and delivering high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to understand process requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
  • Create engaging technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes to showcase our bioprocess equipment and solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide pre-sales support, respond to RFQs, and contribute to proposal development.
  • Cross-functional coordination with design and manufacturing teams to ensure client needs are met with engineered solutions.
  • Conduct technical training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients in the region and provide valuable feedback to internal teams on product improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services
  • Strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.
