Automation Expert - Python, Shell Scripting

We are seeking an expert in automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in writing automation scripts using Ansible, shell scripting and/or Python.

The role involves developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automation deployments, designing and implementing automation solutions around BI tools, and troubleshooting complex issues.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of BI tool architecture, preferably Tableau, and be comfortable working in a Scrum Agile environment using JIRA.

Able to drive tasks independently and have strong communication skills. Familiarity with public cloud concepts and containerization is a plus.

  • Must Have:
    • Hands-on experience in writing automation scripts around BI tools using Ansible, shell scripts and/or Python.
    • Strong understanding of BI tool architecture, preferably Tableau.
    • Comfortable working in a Scrum Agile environment and using JIRA.
    • Strong ownership, communication skills and ability to drive tasks independently.
  • Good to Have:
    • Ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation deployments.
    • Familiarity with public cloud concepts and containerization.
    • Able to incorporate other components in the ecosystem into the automation.
  • Essential:
    • Performance analysis of problems/incidents to identify business impact and root causes.
    • Conduct application debugging and troubleshooting.
    • Conduct performance tuning to improve application performance and reliability.
    • Manage continuity of business (COB) and other high availability efforts.
    • Provide ownership of major incident or outages of critical systems.
    • Develop and maintain application monitoring solutions.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education.

- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable).
