Job Title: Cellular Bioprocessing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cellular Bioprocessing Expert to support our upstream process development, scale up, and characterization for mAb manufacturing.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Design and implement scalable bioprocessing techniques to meet desired product yield and quality.
  3. Evaluate risk and develop mitigation strategies during process development and scale up.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical discussions related to process development, technology transfer, and process improvement.
  5. Promote effective technology transfer activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  6. Analyze complex data using statistical knowledge and Quality by Design (QbD) concepts for upstream development.
  7. Maintain high levels of data accuracy and compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) principles.
  8. Prepare comprehensive technical documents, presentations, and standard operating procedures.
  9. Coordinate team activities to facilitate smooth laboratory functioning.
Special Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess advanced expertise in one of the following areas:

  1. Omics technologies – Metabolomics, Metabolic Flux Analysis.
  2. Bioprocess modeling – Metabolic modeling, process modeling, digital twin for bioreactor or cells.
  3. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) – Simulation of bioreactor mixing.
Educational Background:

Only recent PhD graduates will be considered for this role.
