Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Life Sciences Cloud Solutions Expert to design and implement cloud-based solutions for life sciences organizations. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce CRM platforms to support business requirements, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Advanced Knowledge: Develop advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, including Care management, Clinical data management, Complete patient view, EHR integration, communities implementation, and clinical documentation.
- Design and Implement: Design and implement robust data models, metadata, and data governance policies to ensure seamless real-time data integration.
- Coding and Integration: Utilize coding languages like Apex and Visualforce to develop scalable applications and integrate with other systems.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, identify risks, and develop solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Heroku Integration: Expertise in Heroku integration is highly desirable.
- HTML, CSS, and Security: Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Salesforce Shield security best practices is essential.
- Customization: Proficiency in customizing classic Salesforce features is required.
- Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Health insurance domain knowledge is necessary to inform strategic decisions.
