About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a deep understanding of cloud technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and onboarding our software for customers, ensuring timely implementation and driving time-to-value. They will also be accountable for customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients.
  • Drive and/or take part in technical solutions discussions with customer teams.
  • Architect and design scalable solutions for large enterprises.
  • Integrate our product seamlessly into their cloud infrastructure.
  • Work closely with customers to identify key business challenges and position the right technology solutions to address those challenges.
  • Develop long-term strategies to improve customer business operations through data management tools and services.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and their relevant technologies in cloud environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales.
  • Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role.
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Account management and project management skills.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing them in a customer-facing environment.
