Job Title: Software Solutions Expert

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organisation, responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers in the implementation and maintenance of our software products. As a Software Solutions Expert, you will be working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful deployment and usage of our software solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer goals, milestones, initiatives, and issues from beginning to resolution.
  • Implement Data Dynamics software in customers' environments.
  • Manage and maintain Data Dynamics software in customers' environments.
  • Operate and use Data Dynamics software in customers' environments to achieve their objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and run custom reports for customers using data from Data Dynamics software and integrating it with other data repositories in the customer environment.
  • Integrate Data Dynamics software with other applications and processes within customer environments, leveraging APIs and automation development.
  • Assist customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and product issues.
  • Advise and educate customers to ensure a complete solution to their technical or product issues and questions.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience according to our organisation's standards.
  • Write knowledge base articles where necessary for both customers and internal teams to help diagnose and resolve problems quicker next time.
  • Escalate more complex customer technical issues to product and development teams while maintaining communication with the customer.
  • Advocate for the customer, provide feedback into relevant teams within our organisation, whether it's regarding business processes, technical issues, or enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 2+ years of recent experience in a professional services position, and strong organisational and time-management skills, along with excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of recent experience in a professional services position, experience using customer relationship management tools, and knowledge of current trends and advancements in the storage solutions industry would be advantageous.
