Customer Service Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
- Process and manage customer orders on our Direct-to-Consumer website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Act as the main point of contact for shipping vendors, working with them to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
- Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years' experience in ecommerce operations role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
