Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, or a related STEM field
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into technical design
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, and thought leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of implementation project life cycles, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over, and go-live support
  • At least 2 years of SAP end-to-end implementation experience and at least 1 S/4HANA implementation or upgrade experience
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at a time, with a self-motivated approach to learning advanced technologies
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • 6-8 years of web application development experience with a strong SAP background
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP UI5 development, with a strong focus on UX/UI design principles on S/4 HANA
  • Solid background in modern JavaScript development practices and frameworks
  • Experience working with languages such as SAPUI5, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and jQuery
  • Experience working with SAP Fiori design guidelines and principles
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture and OData services

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of SAP ABAP development experience
  • Expertise in enhancing standard SAP functionality using standard enhancements framework
  • Experience developing mobile applications using SAP Mobile Platform or other mobile app development platforms
  • Experience with HANA objects, such as CDS views, CE functions, and SQL scripts using Eclipse
  • Experience with SAP Web IDE/BAS
  • Experience in UI5 application development with custom CSS, consuming OData/JSON models, and designing front-end using AJAX, CSS3, SAPUI5, and JavaScript and XML views
