Closing Manager
This is the final stage of our sales process where you play a crucial role in ensuring successful deal closures. You will be working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with our client-facing teams to support the closure of referred clients
- Attending direct walk-ins and sourced leads at project sites, presenting our offerings with clarity and conviction
- Maintaining market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and landscapes
- Coordinating documentation and booking processes, including cost sheets, booking forms, and KYC documents
- Collaborating with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth execution
- Reporting daily activities, walk-ins, and closure progress to site heads/ managers
- Developing and training the closure team on negotiation skills, objection handling, and product updates
- Tracking and reporting team KPIs: walk-ins, conversion %, TAT for documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial & residential real estate sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive under pressure
- Team management experience in high-paced sales environments
