  • Vendor Relationship Management: Oversee and manage relationships with external service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant outsourcing solutions.
  • Managing Vendor Relationships and SLAs: Oversee and manage relationships with external service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant outsourcing solutions.
  • Single Point of Contact: Liaise with vendors to provide a single point of contact for all delivery to business units (as an interface to ABS).
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Regular communication, performance reviews, and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Managing Risk and Compliance: Define processes for risk, incident, and compliance management, and enforce compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that all vendor activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in business administration or a related field is required.
  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPM) is preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge about the outsourcing landscape required.
  • Previous roles within global outsourcing providers required.
  • Significant experience within a global organization, preferably in a business services organization.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to manage and correspond with multiple vendors on a regular basis.
  • Interface Management: Ability to manage interface to ABS functions and outsourcing vendor & providing insights on best outsourcing partner for selective activities (in mid-term).
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and implement strategic plans for outsourcing and vendor management.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills are essential for securing favorable terms and conditions with vendors.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze vendor performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding the technical aspects of the services being outsourced.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively convey expectations and requirements to vendors.
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Understanding the financial aspects of vendor management, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
