Job Title: Third-Party Risk Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our third-party risk management efforts and develop customized solutions for large and mid-sized organizations.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in risk management, focusing on third-party risk management initiatives. They will establish strong relationships with clients to understand their unique risk management needs and align our solutions with their goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage complex outsourcing relationships and contracts within regulated environments, demonstrating expertise in compliance.
    • Familiarity with key regulations relevant to heavily regulated sectors, including direct compliance experience with global banking regulations such as OCC, ECB, and CPS230.
    • Knowledge of implementing industry-standard technologies such as Archer, OneTrust, and ProcessUnity, along with knowledge of AI's impact on TPRM.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate complex risk concepts effectively to senior executives and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail.

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts by engaging with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and demonstrating how our offerings can address their specific challenges.
  • Customized Solutions Development: Create and implement tailored frameworks in accordance with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide expert insights to senior leadership regarding the integration of TPRM solutions into broader organizational strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Risk Assessments: Oversee comprehensive assessments of complex outsourcing relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and analyze vendors, addressing financial, operational, technical, and reputational risks.
