As a senior consultant, you will lead the delivery effort on our projects. This includes playing a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement, from opportunity assessment through final implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders by helping them manage and resolve various operational issues
  • Stakeholder Interviews: Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to develop a current state assessment, evaluate against industry leading standards to suggest savings opportunities/operational improvements
  • Spend Analysis: Analyze client spend data and create project deliverables, conduct research into various markets and industries
  • Process Improvement: Develop process maps, identify gaps and recommend improvement opportunities
  • RFP Drafting: Collaborate with client stakeholders to draft and release Requests for Proposal
  • Bid Evaluation: Support client stakeholders as well as suppliers during the bid evaluation and supplier selection process
  • Financial Modeling: Develop financial models (TCO) to understand the true cost of owning a particular good/service, present to key decision makers/stakeholders
  • Negotiation Strategy: Evaluate suppliers' pricing proposals to identify cost reduction levers and draft negotiation strategy presentations
  • Contract Review: Review contracts to ensure alignment with negotiated terms, facilitate redlines from the legal team as necessary
