Optimizing Software Performance

As a Performance Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of software systems and applications under various load conditions and extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive performance and endurance test plans, strategies, and scripts using industry-standard tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Blazemeter.
• Conduct exploratory testing for new features in Agile environments to identify and mitigate potential performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze system performance data, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to development teams for optimization.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and system architects to ensure performance goals are met and align with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance testing and assurance.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of performance testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts for automation and leverage performance monitoring tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in performance assurance and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and prioritize performance issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with development teams, QA engineers, and system architects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
