Optimize Application Performance

As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our applications. This involves setting up and configuring monitoring tools to track performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize system efficiency.

  • Establish and maintain application monitoring systems to detect performance issues promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes of system downtime and implement long-term fixes
  • Develop and fine-tune alert notifications to minimize response time and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks to enhance application capabilities

Our ideal candidate has expertise in synthetic monitoring and alarm management, as well as experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow. They should possess a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
