Optimizing Digital Performance Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned expert to drive innovation and value for clients across industries. As a key member of our global organization, you will play a crucial role in enabling clients to navigate their digital journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and gather non-functional requirements.
- Derive stats through discussions with business stakeholders.
- Knowledge on scenario creation for basic and advanced types of performance tests.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, and Appd/Graphana tools.
- Experience in monitoring using Postman and understanding endpoints/payloads.
- Provide well-written documentation, including test plans and test summary reports.
- Conduct performance testing for web, client, and mobile technologies.
- Hands-on experience in test estimation, test data setup, and defect management.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab.
Additional skills include:
- Proficiency in testing concepts and Agile methodology.
- Basic knowledge on infrastructure capacity planning.
- Experience in the Banking domain.
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and performance metrics.
As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as very good written and oral communication skills. A solid understanding of automation tools and methodologies is also essential.
