Global Performance Strategy Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to join our Global Talent, Reward and Culture Team in the People Function. As a senior member of this team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our global performance management, compensation planning and employee rewards and recognition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for global performance management, compensation planning and employee rewards and recognition.
  • Leading impactful projects and collaborating with professionals across the organization to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to design and implement policies and systems that drive business results.
  • Managing multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting deadlines while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation and performance management within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Ability to use good judgment, be discreet and highly trustworthy, and demonstrate ethical conduct along with high levels of integrity and demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
