We are seeking an experienced and skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-driven individual who is passionate about delivering top-notch technical support.
About the RoleThis role involves providing expert-level technical support and maintenance services to ensure seamless IT operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate reporting and testing of software and IT systems, including implementation and maintenance.
- Administer and support various systems such as Windows Server and Linux OS.
- Ensure effective ticket resolution with problem, solution, user details and completion time.
- Maintain IT systems and processes within the organization.
- Support the Helpdesk function for the wider group.
- Previous experience in Help Desk roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.
- Strong enthusiasm for helping others.
- Fluent English speaking skills.
- Windows Server (all versions).
- Microsoft Exchange.
- Linux OS.
- Remote Support.
- Experience with SQL.
- Good understanding of Networks (DHCP, DNS, etc).
- Fortinet experience desirable but not necessary.
