About the Role
As a Corporate Trainer and Learning Experience Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning experience of our agents. You will work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop training content, conduct training sessions, and evaluate trainee performance. Your goal will be to ensure that our agents have the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in meeting business objectives
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content that is relevant, timely, and aligned with business goals
* Conduct training sessions that are well-structured, paced, and delivered in a clear and concise manner
* Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback that is constructive, actionable, and timely
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, trainers, and managers
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that impact training and development
* Participate in the development and implementation of new training initiatives and programs

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 2-4 years' experience in training, instructional design, or a related field
* Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that meet business objectives
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
* Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training delivery methodologies
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
