Our Ultra-High Net Worth team specializes in post-liquidity multigenerational families and C-Suite executives who have or require complex estate and income tax planning. Our professionals take a holistic approach through consulting and compliance with income tax, philanthropic, retirement, gift, estate, and trust needs. As an experienced tax manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent client service while leveraging your technical expertise:
- Advise ultra-high net worth clients on a full spectrum of tax services including wealth transfer, charitable, and retirement planning, as well as tax compliance
- Lead engagement teams focused on closely held businesses, individual, fiduciary, and gift/estate taxation, ensuring seamless execution of client tax engagements that exceed expectations and profitability thresholds
- Anticipate client needs and collaborate with RSM specialists regarding state and local taxation, international taxation, and growth opportunities with existing clients and prospects
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and other professional advisors through a commitment to outstanding client service
- Prioritize talent experience by building collaborative teams, developing, and rewarding team members
**Key Requirements:**
- 8 to 10 years of experience in business taxation working for a Big 4 or U.S.-based public accounting firm
- Bachelor's degree and master's degree in accounting (B.Com/BBA and MBA/M.Com)
- CPA license or an Active Enrolled Agent
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working in public accounting with an emphasis on taxation, including managing client engagements and leadership roles
- Proficient in individual, fiduciary, and investment partnership taxation, with an understanding of complex investments and related tax implications
- Familiar with multi-state taxation and able to work effectively in a team environment
