Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team at Aliens Group Pvt. Ltd. as a Taxation Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee tax planning and overall tax compliance for all group entities.
  • Preparation and filing of GST returns, manage tax audits, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Possessing adequate knowledge on direct taxation mailers, such as transfer pricing and corporate taxation.
  • Preparation and review monthly TDS/TCS workings, manage TDS payments, and file e-TDS/TCS returns on time.
  • Handling scrutiny of filings and notices for PF, ESI, PT, and Labor Cess to ensure compliance under the relevant Statutes.
  • Coordination with tax auditors to complete tax audits and ensure timely filing of income tax returns.
  • Preparation and coordination with RERA consultants for quarterly and annual filings to ensure compliance with RERA regulations.
  • Requires a strong understanding of implementing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and arrange information required for income tax assessments, scrutiny, and internal, statutory, tax, and cost audits.
  • Draft and submit replies to notices, email communications, and orders received from the Income Tax/GST or any other Statutory authorities.
  • Handling of income tax assessment work and GST related work for group companies.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in taxation, auditing, finance, and accounting.
  • Experience in independently handling both direct tax and indirect tax compliance.
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation), with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
  • Extensive working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tally etc.).

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum.
