Head - Luxury Residential Sales Leader

NK Realtors, a leading real estate service provider in India, is seeking an experienced Premium Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences to high net worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNIs).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the premium business in Hyderabad for NKlusive, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Budget management for mandated residential projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
- Manage a residential sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure optimal performance and goal achievement.
- Create effective marketing strategies and collaborate with marketing teams to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Minimum 6 years of experience handling HNIs and UHNIs directly.
- Preferred industry experience in real estate, wealth management, premium automobiles, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Go-getter traits, including market penetration, independent work ethics, and high integrity.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
A competitive salary package of up to Rs 14 Lacs per annum, plus PF, medical benefits, travel allowances, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
